Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on value, weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.
This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
Shipping Domestically
All orders within United Arab Emirates are shipped using Deliverex courier and delivery is free of charge for all orders above AED 100, otherwise, AED 10 shipping fee will be added at checkout.
Shipping Internationally
We do not offer international shipping.
Delivery Terms
Generally, orders are sent for shipping within 2 – 4 working days.
However, during high seasons, sales and offers the delivery time could take 7 – 10 days
Change of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
P.O. Box Shipping
We are unable to offer shipping to P.O.Box addresses.
Military Address Shipping
We are unable to offer shipping to military addresses.
Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.
Parcels Damaged in Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, please take a picture of the parcel and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.
Sales Tax
Sales tax (VAT) will be calculated at checkout page based on your shipping and billing addresses.
Cancellations
Once the order is placed and an email confirmation of the order is sent we do not offer any cancellations.
Refund & Exchange
We do not accept any refunds or exchange of items.
Process for parcel damaged in-transit
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.
